Your desire, your voice
Develop a real relationship with what you want, then practice saying it out loud.
Coaching for individualsKnowing exactly what you want, and saying it out loud, is one of the most empowering things a person can do. It’s also how you get to be fully seen.
Most of us learned to keep our wants small and quiet. Something shifts when you stop. When you know what you want and can say it plainly, you stop managing other people’s reactions and start showing up as yourself. That is freedom, and it is also what makes real intimacy possible.
In your body first, then in words. Not what you think you should want, and not what worked years ago.
Clearly, without apologizing or overexplaining, to the people who matter. We practice until it feels like yours.
When what’s inside matches what you say, people can finally meet the real you. So can you.

Drawn from my training in the VITA™ Method, the Wheel of Consent®, NVC, and somatic practice, and chosen for what you’re working on and what your body is ready for.
I work alongside some wildly skilled practitioners who go deeper in their specialties than I do. When something calls for a specialist, you’ll get access to my list of people I’ve vetted and trust.
It’s probably not the right fit if you’re in acute crisis, looking for a diagnosis or treatment, or hoping for sexual services. If that’s where you are, I’m glad to point you toward the right kind of support.
Somatic intimacy coaching is body-based coaching for sex, desire, and relationships. Instead of only talking about what’s wrong, we work with what your body is already telling you: sensation, tension, openness, the freeze response. From there you build words for what you want and practice asking for it. Sessions move between conversation and simple body-awareness practices.
Sex therapists and couples therapists are licensed mental health professionals who can assess, diagnose, and treat. An intimacy coach is not a therapist. Coaching is experiential and forward-focused: learning what you want, how to communicate it, and how to feel more at home in your body. Coaching isn’t a substitute for mental health or medical care. Many clients see a therapist alongside our sessions (I have my own therapist too), and if you need clinical care, I’ll tell you and help you find it.
Most of our work is conversation and body-awareness practice, and virtual sessions involve no touch at all. I may guide you through self-touch practices, where you explore sensation with your own hands at your own pace. For in-person clients who want it, and for whom it’s the right fit, hands-on somatic work is also available. It is always clothed and always non-sexual. We talk it through beforehand, you set the terms, and you can change your mind at any moment, including mid-session. It is never required.
No. Often one person is ready first, and that’s a fine place to start. Many clients begin on their own and invite their partner or partners in later. Others do the work entirely for themselves and find it changes what’s possible in their relationship regardless.
Individuals, couples, and partners of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures: monogamous, ethically non-monogamous, polyamorous and multi-partner, married, dating, co-parenting, and single.
Yes. Somatic work is about your relationship with your own sensations, and that happens in your body wherever you are. Most practices translate fully to video, and many clients find it easier to drop in from their own space.
Individual sessions are $250 and couples sessions are $300, each 90 minutes. For three or more partners, we’ll set the format and fee together. Sessions are prepaid by card, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. A small number of reduced-rate places are available. If cost is what stands between you and this work, tell me on the discovery call. You won’t need to explain or document anything.
Consistency matters. There’s no package to buy, so I rely on you to book as often as will help catalyze your growth. I can’t make you grow; you get to decide how often we meet and for how long. Most people work with me for at least three months, but it’s truly up to you.
It’s a free 30-minute video call. We talk about what brought you here and what you’re longing for, you ask me anything, and we both get a sense of whether we’re a fit. There’s no pressure to book.
Yes. Everything shared in our sessions is held in complete confidentiality.
A free discovery call is the easiest way to find out if we’re a fit.
