This agreement is between Jade Levinson (“Coach,” “I”) and the Client named below (“Client,” “you”). Where more than one client signs, “you” means each of you.
1 Confidentiality
- Everything you share in our sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent, unless disclosure is required by law, such as a risk of harm to yourself or others, or a court order.
- You are free to share any aspect of your own coaching experience with whomever you choose.
- I keep brief private notes to support continuity between sessions. These are stored securely and are never shared.
2 Nature of Coaching
- Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support you in moving toward what you want in your life and relationships.
- It is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or medical treatment. Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.
- While coaching supports growth, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
- If at any point I determine that your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will say so and refer you to an appropriate professional.
- Our work may include conversations about intimacy, sexuality, embodiment, relationships, lifestyle, and wellness. These are educational and exploratory and are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, physical therapy, or legal advice. You agree to seek support from licensed professionals where appropriate.
- Any wellness, nutrition, supplement, or cycle-related suggestions offered are general educational guidance. I am not a doctor and do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat. You agree to consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing any supplement, medication, or health regimen, and you take full responsibility for those choices.
- Coaching is not a resource for urgent mental or physical health concerns. In a medical or psychological emergency, seek immediate help from a licensed provider or emergency services (call or text 988, or 911).
3 Assumptions and Commitments
As your coach, I assume that you:
- Are willing to step outside your comfort zone in order to grow.
- Recognize your own capacity to create the changes you want.
- Take full responsibility for the choices and actions you make.
- Honor the commitments you make to yourself, to your partner or partners where applicable, and to our work together.
- Arrive for sessions in a private, distraction-free space where you can be fully present.
- For couples and partners: engage respectfully with one another during sessions, including when the material is difficult.
As your coach, I commit to:
- Supporting you in creating meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
- Offering honest, direct feedback without judgment.
- Holding a respectful, nonjudgmental space where each person feels heard and understood.
- Guiding you in exploring your connection to pleasure, intimacy, embodiment, and personal truth.
- Telling you when something falls outside my scope, and referring you onward when that serves you.
Client autonomy. You maintain full agency and choice throughout. Every practice offered is an invitation. You may decline, modify, pause, or stop any exercise at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
4 Somatic Work, Touch, and Craniosacral Practice
- Nature of touch. Sessions may include guided self-touch, where you explore sensation with your own hands at your own pace. Some in-person sessions may also include optional craniosacral work, assisted grounding, or light somatic touch intended to support nervous system regulation and embodiment. Touch is always non-invasive and non-sexual, you remain fully clothed, and it is used solely for supportive and educational purposes.
- Consent and boundaries. All touch is discussed beforehand and requires the explicit consent of the person being touched. You may decline, pause, or withdraw consent at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Your no is always honored.
- Professional boundaries. The coaching relationship is a professional one. I will not enter into a sexual or romantic relationship with a client, and no sexual touch is offered or received at any time. This holds for the duration of our work together and is not something either of us can consent our way around, because the coaching relationship carries a difference in position that consent alone does not resolve. If attraction arises on either side, which is human and not a problem in itself, we name it openly and address it, and I may refer you to another practitioner if that serves you better.
- Your responsibility. You agree to communicate any discomfort, emotional activation, health concern, or physical limitation during sessions, and you take responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after any touch-based practice.
- Not medical treatment. Craniosacral work and somatic touch are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical care, massage therapy, physical therapy, or chiropractic treatment, and they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. You agree to seek licensed medical support for any injury, symptom, or medical concern.
- Demonstrations in intensives. In a private couples intensive, I may demonstrate a touch practice with one of you when it is helpful, and only with the clear consent of everyone present. Demonstrations follow everything in this section: clothed, non-sexual, and yours to decline or stop at any time.
5 How We Work
- Sessions are 90 minutes, held online or in person in Boulder, Colorado. Sixty-minute sessions are available on request.
- There is no fixed curriculum. Each session follows what you bring to it.
- Practices and resources may be offered between sessions to support your own exploration. These are invitations rather than assignments.
- Sessions are booked one at a time. I recommend booking your next session at the end of the current one so we can hold a steady rhythm, though you are never obligated to book ahead.
- Correspondence between sessions is for scheduling and logistics. Anything that needs real attention is best brought into a session where I can meet it properly.
- If you can’t stay for the full session, please let me know before we begin, so that time can be offered to someone else.
- For couples and partners: I may meet with you together, in smaller combinations, or one-on-one, as we agree. We will talk openly about how information shared in individual sessions is held before any individual session takes place.
6 Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we end as scheduled. If I am late, I make up that time in this session or a future one.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are refunded at 50 percent of the session fee. Your first late change is always refunded in full.
- A no-show without notice is not refunded.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear on your statement within five to ten business days.
- Genuine emergencies are handled case by case, at my discretion.
7 Payment
- Individual sessions are $250 for 90 minutes. Couples sessions are $300 for 90 minutes for two partners. For three or more partners, and for private intensives, we agree on the fee in writing before booking. Sixty-minute sessions are available on request.
- Payment is due at the time of booking. I accept card (through my secure Stripe links: one for individual sessions, one for couples and partners sessions), Venmo (@jadelevinson), PayPal (hello@jadelevinson.com), and Zelle ((561) 601-2145). Please include your name and session date so I can match your payment. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
- Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
- I hold a small number of reduced-rate places in my schedule. If cost is what stands between you and this work, tell me. You will not need to explain or document anything.
- Rates may change with 30 days’ written notice. A change will never apply to a session already scheduled.
8 Testimonials and Feedback
- With your explicit consent (and, for couples and partners, the consent of each of you), feedback or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes.
- Your personal information remains confidential unless you agree otherwise in writing. Anonymous and first-name-only attribution are always available options.
- You may withdraw permission for the use of a testimonial at any time.
9 Ending Our Work
- Either of us may end this agreement at any time, with notice.
- Because sessions are paid one at a time, there is nothing to refund or forfeit. You simply stop booking.
- Any session already booked and paid for will either be held or refunded, whichever you prefer.
- We both agree to make reasonable efforts to talk through any concern before ending the work.
10 Liability
- Coaching is a collaborative process. I am not responsible for the actions or decisions you make during or after our work together.
- I am not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes of the coaching process.
- You understand that any somatic touch or craniosacral work is voluntary, non-medical, and consensual. I am not liable for physical, emotional, or energetic outcomes resulting from participation in these practices.
- Every person’s process is unique. I do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or timelines. You are responsible for your own decisions and your own growth.
11 Emergency Contact
- Your emergency contact information is stored securely and used only in the event of a verified medical or mental health emergency.
12 General Terms
- Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute that we cannot resolve by talking it through will be handled in the courts of Boulder County, Colorado.
- Entire agreement. This is our full agreement about coaching and replaces any earlier understanding. Changes must be in writing; email is fine.
- Severability. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- Electronic signatures and records. You agree to sign and receive this agreement electronically. An electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. You may download a copy when you sign, and you may request a paper copy at any time.
- More than one client. When partners sign together, each person agrees to this agreement individually, and each person’s consent in section 4 is their own.
